At some point I finally realized that almost anything you can get when you're out to eat can be recreated at home... you just gotta google for a similar recipe [= Mushroom Chicken is something that I will only eat from the Chinese fast-food place in the mall, Panda Express. Since we were on our whole make-it-ourselves kick I searched for the recipe and eventually found one that sounded doable.
